The total procurement budget was UAH 600,685.00

Funds were first raised through social media by the founders of the Foundation Yana Matviychuk . “I know how to do fundraising, but I never asked for money in public through the social network. Honestly, I was worried a little, but your support moved me! Contributions ranged from UAH 50 to UAH 10,000.00. My team and I rejoiced at each contribution like children under a Christmas tree!” Yana sums up the fundraising process.

Spend report:

• UAH 26.064.00 – with the funds raised on the social network, we purchased an Air Sterilizer for surgical instruments.
• Thanks to the post, we found a free opportunity to provide VAC offices with devices. We thank our partners – volunteers group and Charity Fund Tabletochki.
• The most expensive item on the list was a mobile ultrasound machine with a Doppler for UAH 498,000.00 – we haven’t bought it yet because we don’t have enough money so far…

Follow-up plan:

• We are looking for a separate sponsor among private companies. A mobile ultrasound machine is needed to diagnose those patients who cannot move and reach the stationary ultrasound machine. Patients come with different types of injuries, this device will make it easier for them to stay in the hospital.
• The remaining UAH 145,319.00 will be spent on the needs of the same department: the purchase of consumables for VAC.
