In December 2023, the Women’s Aid International charity continued implementing the joint project with the U.S. Embassy – “School for Social Worker.”
The third group of future social workers attended the training in December, completed the 30-hour training, and received their certificates!
The founder of the Women’s Aid International Foundation, Yana Matviychuk, and the representative from the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, Tetiana Podobinska, visited the training session for the third group of social workers.
Yana Matviychuk engaged in discussions with the “School for Social Worker” participants and shared insights regarding the project’s prospects. Additionally, both Yana Matviychuk and Tetiana Podobinska were present during the defense of the final projects by the participants of the educational program.
The final project involved a case that each participant received at the beginning of the training. Their task was to prepare their proposed solution to the given case for the final day of the training.
Following the defense of the final projects, Yana Matviychuk and Tetiana Podobinska joined in awarding certificates to the participants of the “School for Social Worker.”
