Women’s Aid International and the NGO “Humansciences institute” signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation. Within the framework of cooperation, work on a joint project – testing of participants in the “School of Social Worker” program is already planned. This initiative is intended to assess the psychological and emotional state of the participants of the training program and the possibility of allowing them to work with clients.
Participants of the “School of Social Worker” completed 30 hours of training and acquired all the necessary knowledge and skills to work with clients in social services. However, before starting work with people, future social workers will undergo in-depth testing by the NGO “Humansciences institute”.
This is important for two reasons. First, working in the field of social services requires certain personal traits and considerable endurance from the social worker. Secondly, military actions significantly affect the psychological state of a person, so it is important to ensure that the participants can effectively cope with the consequences of prolonged stress.
Only after passing the test will a decision be made regarding recommendations for employment of graduates of the “School of Social Worker”.
